I have been a practicing attorney in Florida since 2016. I graduated from the University of Florida Law School, which is a top 25 law school.

Since graduating I’ve been fortunate to practice in a number of legal areas, such as contracts, business, insurance and personal injury. This has allowed me to have an expansive view when analyzing certain legal issues and advising clients.

Insurance experience

When I say insurance experience, what I mean by this I was hired by insurance companies as a lawyer to (1) analyze their insurance contracts to evaluate any flaws in the policy; (2) consult with them regarding what matters are covered under their insurance policies; and (3) represent them in lawsuits against policy holders and other individuals seeking coverage under their policy.I did this for a large number of national insurance carriers and all types of insurance policies, such as auto, general liability, professional malpractice, etc.

Because how prevalent insurance is in all facets of our life, this experience has given me a unique perspective when handling legal issues. Not only do I know the law related to insurance companies well, I also know the mindset and thought process of insurance companies and adjusters. This has given an unique advantage when dealing with them.

Some services I can provide related to insurance include: (1) answering questions regarding how the insurance carrier might perceive certain claims that have yet to arise; (2) evaluating any claim denial letter; (3) fighting a claim denial letter without having to file a lawsuit; (4) filing a lawsuit against the insurance; and (5) general consulting regarding insurance matters.

Business law experience

I have extensive representing businesses in lawsuits as well as meeting the business needs before the lawsuit by drafting contracts, consulting, and acting as an agent to negotiate deals. Because I experience litigating in court business related lawsuits, I have insight that helps me anticipate what issues might arise when I am consulting with clients regarding their business or helping them draft contracts.

Most recently I successfully defending a business owner in a lawsuit in the complex business division of Miami-Dade, where the amount in controversy was over $10,000,000.00. While the other side was stubborn and refused to settle early on, I was able to eventually force them to dismiss the case, and in the process, expose them to paying my client’s attorney fees.

Personal Injury Experience

I have represented individuals and business in a number of personal injury lawsuits such as car accidents, slip and falls, and defamation claims. If you have been hurt by someone, I can seek compensation for you, free of charge. Instead I only get paid if you get paid.
